Aujourd’hui le bon plan fait escale en Corée du Sud à deux pas de la place Stanislas de Nancy

Pour ceux qui lisent nos articles et nous suivent sur les réseaux sociaux vous savez que je suis une fan inconditionnelle de la Corée du Sud. Pour l’instant je prépare mon voyage pour l’année prochaine et en attendant pour patienter, j’essaie de m’imprégner au mieux de la culture Coréenne. Alors forcément il fallait que j’essaie Chingu le restaurant Coréen du centre-ville de Nancy. Je n’ai même pas perdu de temps à lire les avis sur internet il fallait vraiment que je teste alors j’ai réservé une table.
Chingu 친구, ça veut dire ami en coréen et je dois dire que nous avons été très bien accueillis. Décor minimaliste, restaurant très propre et pour moi c’est super important. La carte est bien détaillée pour les « non-initiés », comme mon acolyte pour ce déjeuner, sa taille est gage de produits frais., du fait maison, Youpi. Pour mon plus grand plaisir les grands classiques sont présents, après avoir hésité encore et encore, nous avons fait notre choix. Mandou en entrée, ce sont des raviolis Coréens accompagnés de sauce, parfait j’ai adoré. Pour les plats, interdiction de commander la même chose comme ça je pouvais goûter à tout. Bibimbap au poulet pour moi j’ai pu l’assaisonner à ma façon (Piment ++) et en second plat du Yangnyeom Chicken (poulet frit) et bien sûr comme en Corée la farandole d’accompagnements les banchan 반찬. Et bien sûr le fameux Kimchi 김치 et je l’ai trouvé très bon j’ai tout fini et je n’ai pas partagé, c’est vous dire ! Pour bien finir sur une note sucrée on a pris un hotteok 호떡, un pancake coréen fourré.
Verdict : Je n’ai pas beaucoup parlé parce que j’ai tout mangé et vous voyez sur la photo mon sourire en dit long. Je savais que j’aimais la cuisine Coréenne et Chingu a passé le test haut la main. Mais quand est-il de mon compagnon de déjeuner qui n’est pas aussi fan que moi de cette cuisine ? Et bien 10/10 il a adoré et maintenant il veut qu’on se fasse livrer pour continuer l’expérience et découvrir le reste de la carte.
Alors fan de la cuisine Coréenne ou pas on vous recommande chaudement Chingu, cuisine au top, personnel très sympathique et rapport qualité prix très bon.

Good deals in Nancy and surroundings – Korean Restaurant Chingu 친구

For those who read our articles and follow us on social media, you know that I am an unconditional fan of South Korea. I am currently preparing my trip for next year and while waiting for it, I try to immerse myself in the Korean culture as much as possible. So I had to try Chingu, the Korean restaurant in the center of Nancy. I didn’t even wase time reading the reviews on the internet, I really had to try it, so I booked a table.
Chingu 친구 means friend in Korean and I must say that we were very well received. Minimalist decor, very clean restaurant and for me that is super important.
The menu is well detailed for the « uninitiated », like my lunch companion, its size is a guarantee of fresh products, homemade food, Yippee.
To my delight the Korean classics are present, after hesitating again and again, we ended up choosing. Mandou as a starter, these are Korean ravioli accompanied by its sauce, perfect, I loved it. For mains, no question to order the same dish so I could taste everything. Chicken Bibimbap for me I was able to season according to my own taste (Spicy ++) and as a second course Yangnyeom Chicken (fried chicken) and just like in Korea the farandole of accompaniments called banchan 반찬. And of course, the legendary Kimchi 김치, very tasty I finished everything without sharing, that says a lot! To end on a sweet note, we ate a hotteok 호떡, a filled Korean pancake.
Verdict: I didn’t talk much because I ate everything and as you can see in the picture my smile says it all. I knew I loved Korean food and Chingu passed the test with flying colors. But what about my lunch partner who isn’t as fan as I am? Well 10 out of 10 he loved it and now he wants to have it delivered to explore the whole menu.
Fan of Korean cuisine or not, we warmly recommend Chingu, excellent food, very friendly staff and very good value for money.
